THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million occasions, and it still breaks down. The quality is cheap, and the features are awful. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so angry that I wished I'd acquired something functional instead. Save your cash,
